Stephanie was amazing! I loved working with her every step of the way. Me and my fiancé weren’t sure we were even going to buy anytime soon but still wanted to get out and look. She took us out to look at houses we liked and it was so much fun! She makes the whole process feel less overwhelming and way more comfortable. After many houses we finally found the one that felt like home. As someone who never bought a house before it was terrifying, but Stephanie was able to explain everything perfectly for us to understand. She is truly amazing at what she does and I couldn’t have pictured anything better. We truly wouldn’t have found our home without her and I am so thankful for that. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to start the process!

She was always on top of everything. Karen led us through the process as we had not purchased a home in 31 years. She connected us to the entire process and to the people who were best qualified to do inspections and repairs on the home purchase. She also led us through the process of selling our home and with her guidance and support we sold the home to the first buyers who saw it. She was always a calm guiding force when things did not go as planned but assured us that a lot of the problems were normal and told us what the next step should be. SHE WAS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL.
