Yellow Springs is a unique and quirky market; each house/property has its own history and details; Sam either knows all the info we need or finds it quickly. She pays attention to everyone’s concerns and provides all information very quickly. Sam is conscientious, and considerate and very hard working! The next time we are in the market, we will call Sam (again)!
