We have had the opportunity to buy and sell commercial and residential real estate over many years. We have seen it all. Most of my experiences with realtors have been hit-and-miss. Many disappoint, some do fine, and none have been superstars—that is until we met with Elizabeth. My prior experiences tempered my expectations, but Elizabeth was at a whole different level. The house we were selling was large and unique and would require someone with the energy and enthusiasm to take it on. Elizabeth has that energy and enthusiasm for every detail. She started with a market review and has intimate knowledge of our market and what it would take to sell the house. Every detail was taken care of. The pictures were wonderful. The drone footage was dramatic. The house was staged with a creative touch and a flair for the house character. The advertising was spot-on and focused on the few people in the market who would be interested in the house. She constantly communicated with us, devising new strategies for developing a buzz around the property and following up on every possible lead. It was truly impressive to watch her work. She was able to sell our home, which is, of course, the ultimate goal. I can't say enough good things about Elizabeth and her team. Cameo Hatfield went above and beyond in every way possible. She is easy to work with and helped me get the right people to fix any repairs needed. Went out of her way to even pick up supplies for the house when needed. She works really hard and always made me feel good with a positive attiude. Matt worked with our complex arrangement of buying out of state and remotely while family picked the property to purchase. It was family's first time buying and my first time buying in Ohio. Ohio had many differences compared to Illinois so lots more support was needed. Matt worked hard to be available as needed. He really did help us stay on schedule to close as planned!

Good and honest professional people.

Steve Holthouse is very unprofessional. My daughter has my old number and since I didn't reply to his texts he sent "Well the common decency of a reply would have been nice! I was just trying to help you! Have a nice life!" Absolutely ridiculous. If anyone is looking for a great realtor check out Issac Stoller in Bluffton IN. His license is good for the everywhere in Indiana. Very professional and honest about the homes you are intrested in.

Do NOT rent from them! They don't fix anything and when you get fed up and move out they charge YOU for what you were trying to get fixed all along. They charged my sister to replace a fence that was damaged by a tree that was on the neighboring property. The office staff is very rude!

Holly Robbins was an exceptional realtor for both the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home. She has great attention to detail and was very easy to communicate with throughout the buying / selling process. I would recommend her to anyone in the Dayton area looking to buy or sell!

We made the smart move by hiring her to list our house, and we're so glad we did. Selling our house while we were out of state, especially when the market was slowing down, was not an easy task. If I could give 10 stars I would! Tammy went above and beyond helping our family find a new home for my Dad. Even while on her vacation, Tammy continued to help us. Cameo came in late to our already started project that had, had no previous professional input. She helped us finished what we needed to, was straight forward, and worked for us. Just looking for smaller home

Anne Liebert is great! She guided us every step of the way and our house sold in less than two days! I had so many worries and anxiety, but she was the greatest..she always eased my mind and was my biggest motivator and cheerleader. Ann has now helped us in the sale of one house and purchase of two. I recommend her to everyone, she's the best!!

Responds to fix things relatively quickly so in that regard they are pretty good. They did however leave me a flower bed full of weeds and then shortly after moving in told me it was my responsibility to clean up the mess they left. They took pictures, threatened to hire someone else and charge me for the expense, and took zero responsibility for the condition they left the landscaping in. They even expected me to take pictures after cleaning up the mess that they left and send it to them. I’m not an unreasonable person. I cut the grass, weed eat, even spread fertilizer. It’s unfortunate that they’re comfortable with these business practices.

Listed, had 9 scheduled showings, and sold for 5k above asking price. ALL IN ONE WEEK!!!! KYLE TOM IS A ROCKSTAR AMONG REALTORS!!!!!

Susan helped us buy our first home and recently helped us sell it and purchase our second home. Here are the three reasons why Susan would be the only realtor we would use or recommend to anyone. 1. Customer service - it's obvious that Susan is an extremely successful realtor, but during our buying and selling process it felt like we were Susan's only client. She took every phone call, gave unbelievably useful advice, and always flexed to our schedule. She put offers together at 11:00 pm, responded to questions any time of day, and genuinely cared about our experience. With Susan it was all about what we needed. 2. Accurate understanding of the housing market- Susan's advice during the buying process was invaluable. She knew what a house would sell for and what it was worth. She was not in anyway in a rush to make money off of us. She knew what we needed and that was her focus. When it came time to sell our home, she put in the leg work and priced our house perfectly. She actually talked us out of listing our house for less and we received an offer in one day after putting it on the market. 3. Understanding of the process- When the inspection process was occurring while we were buying and selling, Susan could identify potential conflicts and already had relationships with contractors to get quotes and fix any issues. Long story short - Susan's work ethic, skill, and integrity confirm that she is the only realtor we would ever use or recommend.

I have used Denise and Dean Retz from Coldwell Banker Lingle and I couldn't be more impressed with the service they provide. They make an awesome team combining their vast knowledge and enthusiasm. They have sold a couple properties for me and I plan to use them for all of my real estate needs. They are truly excited about finding just the right property for you. The last time I sold a property, the buyer's bank was completely negligent in their duties and delayed the closing by about 3 weeks. The buyers had small children and were basically homeless as their lease had expired. Denise and Dean doordashed them food multiple times (and did more to help them than I'm aware of, I'm sure) and Denise persisted with the bank until she got to upper management to get the problem solved. This team will go above and beyond to give you a great experience!! Highly recommend!!

Extremely well professional realtor! Mrs. Lori will put her clients first and looks out for them from start to finish. Do not recommend. I have been trying to get in contact with Kyle Tom since I purchased one of his "renovated" homes.This house is not renovated. The shiplap that was put on is currently falling off the wall, as well as drywall. The baseboards look like they have been here since this house was built. The vinyl flooring has gaps all throughout the house. The front and back door is repainted, and was stuck at one point, none of the electrical outlets don't work in 2 of the bedrooms, and the switch in the main bedroom is full of loose electrical cords. I don't know what about is house was renovated, but now that I have moved in, I can definitely tell that it was not, or done properly. I do not recommend purchasing from this agent or agency.

Susan McCarty made selling my house pain free. She used current technology so that I could get all the paperwork signed without having to run to an office which was important to me. She handled pretty much everything so I could focus on work and not worry about the process. I would definitely return to Susan for any future purchase.

Come to find out that realtor also (Debbie) new the property was in a flood zone. So now I have a 5 acre pond. Thanks to my agent Mary M. So unbelievable the seller marked on paperwork that the property in not in a flood zone but then after closing they hand us a elevation certificate on the house but rest of property can’t be built on because it’s all in a flood zone. Trying to get attorney so that I can get the selling price difference to what the property is worth in a flood zone.
