I started working with Dana Killian in 2023. At the time, my husband and I were working with another realtor while preparing an offer on a home. My husband, who is an attorney, wanted to revise one of the terms in the standard real estate purchase agreement. Our agent at the time told us it couldn’t be changed. Dana, however, went above and beyond—she worked with her brokerage’s lawyer and was able to get the change made. That moment started our working relationship. Although that particular house didn’t work out, we continued searching with Dana for nearly two years, all the way through 2025. Thanks to her guidance, we received a full-price offer within 24 hours and closed within 30 days. Dana was incredibly dedicated throughout the entire journey. She is professional, responsive, and always acts in her client’s best interest—not just to make a sale. She has a strong sense of urgency, great communication skills, and genuine care for the families she works with. We were extremely happy with Dana and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She made a long and emotional process feel manageable, and in the end, she helped us find a home we truly love.
