My realtor is Joy Mayabb. She is absolutely wonderful to work with. First of all, she has a joyful, sunny personality. She is prompt to answer phone calls or respond to messages. She is very knowledgeable and professional as a realtor. She answers questions, offers advice and options. Her process to sign contracts, accept offers using the dotloop and internet was very intimidating to us , but she was patient and helped us through the process. In 2024, we sold our home that we had owned for 29 years. We actually accepted a purchase offer, while we were at our daughter's house, four hours from home. Joy emailed the contract to accept the offer and we accepted it by using my phone. In 2025, she helped us sell our son's house. He had just purchased it and tragically passed away. We had several offers and she explained everyone of them and what the net proceeds would be for us, which helped us reach a decision. She sent the paperwork to my email with instructions where to initial, sign and what boxes to check, so I could reject the offers we didn't want and accept the one we did. It was all done from my phone. I had a couple of glitches, so I would just call Joy and she would fix it and resend it. This year, 2026, we had a home that had been in our family for 45 years, that was completely destroyed by a fire and demolished. While on vacation at Myrtle Beach, my husband showed me a house that was for sale in Pleasant Hill, that would be a good replacement for the rental house that we had lost. We called Joy, and she emailed her realtor contract and again we completed it on our phone. She is very quick to email these documents and it makes it so easy to do business in a timely manner, since time is of the essence with real estate transactions. We were able to see the house, the day after we returned home from our vacation, and since Joy was on vacation too, she arranged for one of her associates to show the house. The following day we looked at another house for sale on the same street, but decided we liked the first one better. Joy advised us regarding making an offer, then the seller counter offered, then we offered again and reached an agreement. We just closed on the sale. Joy is "such a joy" to work with. I had no idea that I would be conducting real estate transactions three years in a row. Three different situations and she was so helpful for each one of them. I would definitely recommend her and Coldwell Banker Heritage. I would rate both a 10 out of 10!
