Jess went above and beyond and dealt with me ask her random questions at all hours of the night and day. When things got mentally tough for me she helped to keep me positive and get through it. We bought our place while out of state in Rhode Island and she was vigilantly our eyes and ears on the ground and making sure everything was done right for us before we got here. Even now she continues to answer me when I need help with things. She's honestly just a solid human in general.
